I was promised a minimum of 384 down and 128 up when I signed up for DSL. Using dsl reports I have found that I really get 324 down and about 68 up speeds. I spent 3 hours with multiple tech support personel, multiple transfers, and one hang up before I had a tech support person call me back to tell me I am too far away from the CO. Stating a distance of 22,000 feet from the CO. My response was, "why did you provide me the service then?" His response was "oh well, it happens." So I then went to mapblast.com and checked the distance to the CO myself. The distance I estimate is about 10000 to 12000 feet, which is a far cry from 22,000 feet. Nevada Bell DSL does not deliver, and it's tech support was horrific.
