Magma Communications (Ottawa, Canada)
This was definitely my best alternative to Bell Canada's sympatico High
Speed Edition DSL service which was plagued with problems. This service is
identical to the specs for Sympatico, but there is no comparison when it comes to customer service -- I have rarely had to wait on hold, and when I have it
was always for less than 2 minutes, and the staff are knowledgeable and
friendly.
