I was very disappointed with this service. I was coordinating a DSL service for my company and we were told that this ISP for our DSL would be perfect. I have found that they are quite the contrary to perfect. If you are looking for a good DSL service for a good price, do not choose this company as your provider. The prices are also outrageous, but they were the only ones available at the time offering service in our area of San Francisco.
