Originally put an order in with Pacbell in April,2000. I hassled with them for 7-months to complete the order which they never could get sync to the house. No one would ever call me back though I requested a manager's intervention... I HAD IT!
I found Outrageous through DSLReports search and there was one good review. Their price was higher than Pacbell for 384/128, but they said it would take 20-25 days to get installed. Well, it was 20 days. They contacted me when the line was ready and told me the installer would contact me in 48-hours. They did and got the line up and going in about 3-hours (that's having to run a new line).
They have provided 5-IPs, 5-unique emails, web space (already had a domain registered) and reliability. Dan called right after the installation and verified I was happy and we have communicated via email since then. I have two PCs accessing the net via my network without a hitch.
Bottom line... great customer service, reliability and happy customer.

While others in our geographical area are STILL waiting for their DSL install, or are fiddling around with PPOE "dialup" DSL, Outrageous has us hooked up and running smoothly. I haven't gotten around to hooking up all possible 127 machines to the single connection, but my wife won't let me have that many computers in the house. Great speed, great service, and a real-live human being that answers the Outrageous phone! What a combination. I guess there _IS_ hope for the human race, after all.
