Hello,
I have been a customer of TampaBayDSL.com for almost a year. Their service
and customer support is AAA. I have had nearly zero downtime with
TampaBayDSL.com. My previous ISP supplied cable modem, and I had regular
weekly downtime, which was very frustrating.
Since the recent router system upgrade at TampaBayDSL.com, their service has
improved even more. Must less latency, the best I have ever had.

Gentlemen,
We were an Internet Junction customer for 4 years and recommended many
companies. We are IP professionals. We had VERY poor service with IJ over
the last 4 months and were forced to change. The Service at Tampadsl is
incredible. We highly recommend.

I have the 1.5mbps/368kbps package with 5 static IPs. I have to say I never expected to be treated as good as I was treated with TampaBayDsl. Since the first day I contacted them I felt like I was important to them and not as another one in the bunch. Having had such a bad experience with my last ISP "Verizon" I felt releived that at least there are some companies out there that do care about their customers. I would recomend them to anyone...

We were caught in the Bluestar\Covad disaster, and were running out of
time....called TampaBay DSL, and they had us up and running in just 2 weeks.
When there has been a problem (Verizon), these guys were on the job....once
on a Sunday afternoon and once at 8PM in the evening, getting it fixed.
Great service.....highly recommended.

These guys are great, checked verizon/GTE (told takes 6 - 8 weeks), called Tampabaydsl.com and was up and running in 10 days with 768K (Bronze Plus pkg.) w/ 1 year contract $39.95. Opted for tech install reasonable rate. They have always answered the phone, when I have called after hours and left phone number the longest I have had to wait for tech support return call was 5 minutes. Try and find that response somewhere else, only down time was telephone related, not their fault.
Very happy with Tampabaydsl.com and the staff there. Great job Guys!!

I got FRUSTRATED for 6 weeks with GTE's "service" - so I went looking for another DSL provider and the folks at TampaBayDSL are the best! They UNDERSTAND customer service and don't treat you like a 3 year old when there is a problem with your system. Patience and persistence personified! Thanks to all the folks there!
