I have a 6.0/768. Had a couple of trouble tickets for CRC errors in the one year I've had line but other than that - no gripes at all.

These guys are knowledgable and have been doing DSL for a long time. One thing I found good was the savings with ETI in that we are not charged FUSF or an FCC line charge or any such thing. Just Sales Tax which I guess no one can really do anything about

Bottomline, good value - good service - great savings.

"Had troubles with TELCO database not up to date"
"Recommendable, 2 yrs trouble free."

Value for money:

We ordered the SOHO 3.0Mbps/384 DSL. Originally the TELCO could not verify the ability to provision DSL on any of our Copper lines. But it turned out to be a problem in the TELCO Database. Once Provisioned the rest of the install went properly.
In 2 years we have only experienced 1 service outage that required a report to be fixed, and it was done timely and efficiently.

One note: (Here in Colorado) ETI's service fee was $20 less per month than buying direct from COVAD for the exact same service. Also at the time the local TELCO did not offer DSL higher than 1.5Mbps, and they would not guarentee any speed.
