Because of weeks and delay, poor communication, and mis-information , I terminated my contract with AlwaysOnline before installation was successfully completed. Also, I was contracted to receive SDSL and was latter offered IDSL. AlwaysOnline would really rather be selling bandwidth to high-end business customers and do not consider a residential a high priority.
