Was good while it lasted always have to buy new radio; very poor tech support Go somewhere else

Customer for about 2 years. Was good until they got to many customers. Supposedly upgraded their equipment. Every time a storm blows through I have to pay $180 to have my radio replaced. I am changing to LVWifi.com ASAP, since I have to pay another $180 to stay with Ziplink. I have had 3 radios replaced in 2 years.
Did I mention very poor tech support. IM me if you want more info on them.
