Ordered SDSL 1.5 for $245 per month. When tech from Rhythms came out he needed info from ISP to configure the Cisco 678. They couldn't provide info at time of installation. No service on the day it was installed by the tech. After a week of trying to configure the router with the information that they provided. I finally got conectivity. They were giving me the wrong subnet mask!
When service was finally up I received 1600/1024--Which is ADSL not SDSL which I ordered. I didn't pay a dime because according to their service level agreement if speed is no 90% of what I ordered it's free. After having the service FREE for 4 months, they finally went belly up.... I wonder why. Rhythms pulled the plug 3 months after the company went belly up. In the end result, I got free ADSL acess 1600/1024 FREE for over 6 months!
