Netwizards have been my 56k ISP for almost 2 years. They have always been responsive to my needs and very well organized and trained. They are willing to help you in any situation with regards to anything you may need. I have been a DSL customer of theirs for almost 2 weeks. They have been very prompt and courteous and attended to my every need. They also offer a free dialup backup in case any problems should ever occur with the DSL line (Who else does that?). I will keep you all updated on how the rest of the installation goes, but so far... I'm very impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. Thanks fellas! 
P.S.
The only thing I can't rate on yet is the connection reliability, since I haven't had their DSL up and running yet. I promise to update this note after I am up and running completely. Keep up the excellent work Netwizards!

I just wanted to let you know that I have had a terrific experience with
my ISP Netwizards out here in SF. I have had a dialup account for a
couple years and now I have moved on to their DSL service which is
provided through COVAD. The switch to DSL was easy and quick. From
order placement to installation was less than two weeks. Far less than
the estimated 4-6 weeks. That probably has a lot to do with COVAD, but
I have to say that in all my dealings with Netwizards, they are fast to
pick up the phone and willing to spend the time to help me with my
issues.
