It has taken over a year to get my connetion speed close to what I am sipposr to have (640/256). During this time frame, I was told it must be my problem or it's Qwest's problem. Just in the last two weeks, after an extensive upgrade of their facility, I am now in the 500s for D/L. Their pass through speed for newsgroups is terrible, lucky if you can get even 80 to 90 for D/L. Just remember if you have a problem it's your problem, not theirs and they will not help you.
