We have had our account for a couple of years and recently has just moved our office. The installation department took care of tranferring our service and got it up and running just in time. Whenever I have technical issues the support department is wonderful. They help get me up in no time. With regards to your billing department, we have asked on numerous occassions that our billing address be changed. After about 9 months this was accomplished. We also have requested that the statements be sent monthly as opposed to every 3 months and they say ok but it never has been done. This request has been ongoing for about a year. Overall service and tech support is great. Keep up the good work!

I ordered IDSL because that was the only option. GTI really helped wade through all of the extra hassle that Verizon tries to put you through. They also facilitated additional wiring and kept calling to make sure everything was going ok. The install was very smooth, and the rep that came out to do the install was very helpful. It is expensive for residential 128K (5 static IPs), but it is worth it. I have been up and running for two months now, and I have never been down. I am online 60 hours a week easy and I thank GTI for the lack of dial-up in my life.

Our office is located pretty far from the CO. We dealt with numerous providers making a multitude of promises for service delivery and none of them could deliver. We found GTI on DSL Reports and contacted them to see what they could offer. Marie held my hand through the entire process and before I knew it, we had service! Her tenacity with Verizon and her follow up afterward was amazing! Further, we made changes to our static IP addresses through Nick and were amazed to have our changes made while we on the phone. This is the way every business should handle their customers!

GTI has been very responsive, and has overcome a number of critical hurdles for us. We got established very quickly, and correctly. We had trouble with the wiring and Marie and her team were proactive, looking out for us, and making our life a lot easier. Because of their persistance, we got our problems solved. When we had domain transfer issues, they also were able to resolve them for us, making it easy.
Everyone I've talked with at GTI has been cheerful, considerate of someone who isn't technically-capable, and shown good follow-up. Going with GTI has been a good decision!

Before getting our DSL we were running an entire church with a staff of 7 on one dial-up for both e-mail and fax. We searched for a DSL provider and looked at many, finally finding GTI (on DSLReports.com) and have never regretted the decision. Their service is fast and friendly, and their pricing is very reasonable. Our downtime is almost non-existent and their staff are so nice it's almost worth having the occasional problem to talk with them! I would recommend GTI to anyone.

We've had GTI as our DSL 384K provider for about a year. GTI got us up and running ASAP after the Northpoint debacle when our previous ISP couldn't supply an alternative.
Aside from a minor glitch or two, the installation was quick and painless. We've had virtually no downtime with only one significant outage early-on that was due to a problem at NAS. GTI technical support was great and saw that the problem was resolved ASAP.
GTI is more expensive than our previous provider but we are satisfied customers as an economical, reliable connection is the most important consideration for our business.

GTI's network has been reliable since it's been on line with CDI the last 8 months, we haven't had even one connectivity issues since the time of installation, they're technical support has been very good.
