I was a small business trying to create a virtual secure network over the internet. I spent over one year working with Verizon and others trying to obtain DSL service without success. Finally, some one suggested DSL reports and after some research contacted GTI.
They took a hold of me and gently guided me through the process of getting my Static ip service running. The only problem which arose was getting Verizon to actually complete running the line. They handled that without my involvement despite Verizons inability to perform properly and in about two months I was up and running.
Not being an expert in secure networks, GTI went further, helping me choose the correct VPN router. That was not their responsibility, but their attitute seemed to be that if they could help me in any way they would try.
Pricing is fair and when I had a problem paying them on time, they were very understanding . Service is rock solid with no service interruptions to date.

I had to install 4 sites with DSL lines in different boros of NY. Marie was always on top of the situation and installaion, she always took the time to explain to me what was going on and most importantly what it all meant. I have been learning from GTI. Shadow was assigned to assist me in installing my routers and any software changes that has to be made. He too took the time to explain everything every step of the way. I always felt like GTI's number one customer. I have also had the opportunity to deal with Kurt the president of the company. They are all very friendly, intelligent, patient people waiting to assist me. I highly recommend them.

I have been helping a company setup thier web services and email in house including remote control and terminal services and GTI was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and answered all my question. Their costumer service can't be beat. When I requested changes on the router they got it done in no time. You can't say that too often today, it seems like the big companies (you know who they are) seem to forget that repeat customers and word of mouth is the bread and butter of any good business, but I guess when you're a monopoly you don't have to worry about that. So three thumbs up to staff at GTI for first class customer service. Thanks.

I decided to provision a business 384 kbps SDSL. I'd read all the terrible tales posted here
about months of waiting to get a line installed and corporate finger pointing when anything
went wrong. Expecting the worst, I called GTI but they had the line up and running in two weeks.
It has been stable since, except for one silly incident. When I complained to Verizon of line
noise on my phone, the Verizon guy came out and simply cut the DSL line. GTI had the NAS
tech here the next morning and it was fixed in five minutes.

I initailly ordered the 1.1 MBPS SDSL service. As of now i am getting alomsot 800 down and over 1000 upload. The company has agree to adjust the price which made me happy. It is nice to find an honest company finally.
From the time I ordered the line and the time it was installed was quick less than one month. Their service is great and their support is awesome. If you looking for a DSL carrier, Use GTI (ASK for Kurt)

The "monthly cost" is for 5 buildings (of differing speeds) in the Bronx, NY. There were a bunch of DSL companies that said DSL wasn't even available up here yet. GTI said it was, and every step of the way has been EASY. I've had a few minor issues that were cleared up with one phone call. They are friendly, understanding, and eager to make DSL life easy for you. Try them- you won't be dissapointed.
