Just wanted to say what great service we have received from Globe
Telecom Inc. in obtaining our DSL line. Marie was my primary contact
and was very helpful as well as returned all calls promptly and kept me
up to date on the process. I also spoke with several other associates at GTI
during the set-up process and everyone was very professional and
helpful. I would highly recommend GTI as a service provider.

I have had GTI for six months now. Admittedly it was very bumpy at the beginning ,however Kurt form GTI stuck with our problem until it was resolved.

technical assistance was able to solve coding problems but resolution took time. was
surprised problems were encountered. so far the service has been satisfactory

Install process was excellent.
To my surprise the local tel co came out a day early to install the circuit.
GTI then had NAS setup the circuit ASAP

Generally very good provider. But the download sometimes is very horrible. Another good aspect is that you get 5 static IP address whcih ane be used for web publishing.

Folks at GTI were ontop of the order from the first day, and made every effort to coordinate a smooth cut-over from Rythms.
NAS tried to steal the business away from GTI (I guess it's DSL slamming?) - would not go with them again if there was another provider out there. Very bad business ethics.

I have switched bewteen a couple of ISP and GTI is the one has most reliable
connection in my area so far.

We are using a 280 kb connection for our business. The service is most reliable (after a great deal of work on GTI's part to keep Verizon in line). GTI's support is impressive - great response and turn-around time. We are most pleased. Keep up the good work.
