I rarely do reviews but I wanted everyone to know about the great
experience I have had with GTI.NET. Having already contracted GTI.NET
for a SDSL line a few years back, I knew who to call for my ADSL line.
Kurt and the gang at GTI are great. From the easy installation to the
incredible quality of their service, I would absolutely recommend
GTI.NET to anyone that is searching for a reliable, trustworthy,
knowledgeable, and professional Internet Service Provider. They
consistently impress me with their service and customer support. GTI
proves that great service and customer support still exist.

Just to give you idea, we placed the order for businesses DSL on June 23rd and still do not have service. It is the end of July and I'm wondering if I should have just gone to Verizon in the first place. Verizon had to come any to qualify the line for DSL. We all know what a nightmare Verizon is but I sent e-mails and left voicemails and I'm still waiting for my DSL equipment from GTI. It seems they have one person doing Tech support and at the same time handling orders. I'm all for the Mom and Pop shops but if they can't handle the business get out of the kitchen. Good luck getting service from these guys.

This report is based on ~9 months of service provided by GTI. After
watching other companies have DSL-based projects turn out miserably, I was a
bit apprehensive at exploring DSL as an option. After doing the research on
DSLreports.com, I picked out GTI. I can say without reservation that this
company has provided excellent service since the very beginning of our
relationship. Uptime has been phenomenal; technical and business staff have
been nothing short of fantastic...a real joy to work with. How many times
do you get to say that when working with telco?
I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone requiring ISP
service in their coverage area.

When my company relocated to our new building a year and a half ago, DSL
service was not available here. We opted for the lowest cost and
highest speed internet service available which was satellite. Satellite
internet service is awful; its unreliable, expensive and slow. About 6
months after moving to the new location, we needed to establish a VPN
line with our parent company in Europe. Because the VPN line was to be
used for business-critical purposes we knew immediately that our
satellite service was too unreliable for this. We began searching for
an alternative solution and ultimately selected dedicated ISDN service
from GTI as the best choice at the time. Even though the satellite was
still connected, we began to rely more and more on the GTI ISDN service
for all of our internet traffic because of the consistent speed and
reliablity. One year later when Kurt phoned me to announce that he
could now offer us DSL service, he didn't even have time to give me his
sales pitch. I immediately asked to be set up with the highest speed
DSL he could give us. We've been operating with the new DSL line now
for a few months. GTI delivered as promised: the set up was quick and
painless, and now we have speeds of 1.5M downstream. I appreciate
that GTI is a local small business. This means that when I have to call
for technical support or any other question, I almost always reach a
human being. With GTI we get a reliable, high-speed connection plus
customer service with a satisfying personal touch. Supersize ISPs
cannot deliver this kind of package, so the decision to use GTI DSL was
a no-brainer.

We recently switched to GTI DSL service from dial-up. The service is
great. I find the customer service with GTI to be very friendly and
outstanding. I have called other companies and they act "annoyed" when
you call for assistance. My dealings with Kurt have been a pleasure.
Our monthly contract is for $89.95. We also had about 10 different
dial-up accounts for our employees and we were paying about $20 a month
for each one. I switched our e-mail boxes to GTI and we now have 15
mailboxes and a web-page holder for the price of only one dial-up
account! Only a few Spam mails have gotten through. Keep up the good
work with that. I hate junk mail! Would highly recommend GTI, and I
have already recommended it to two other companies.

I have a few words to say about GTI, Inc…………after much frustration and wasted
time looking for DSL service elsewhere, I found GTI!! All I received was
personal service, the human touch, and very patient, curteous assistance. I
am 100% pleased with them and so is my boss. Calls and emails are returned
promptly and all questions answered professionally. No more “please hold on
so I can connect you to the proper department”, no more “your wait time will
be **** minutes”, etc. GTI has saved me time and my boss money! They are
terrific and I highly recommend their services.

PCS switched to GTI following the departure of Qwest from our area. Our
uptime has been excellent. We have had no problems with the supplied
router. Speed is better than promised. Accounting department is easy to
work with. Highly recommended.

Over a period of years, we had been extremely pleased with GTI in their capacity as our website hosts and as our dialup service provider. A recent relocation of our offices spurred our decision to upgrade to DSL service. However, at the time of our move, budget constraints forced us to at least consider several possible alternative service providers.

After much careful thought, we opted for GTI's DSL service and we are extremely happy that we did. Not only did GTI go the extra mile to price their services competitively but they achieved a veritably seamless transition to our new location. Simply put, they really worked with us and put our interests first and foremost (a rare commodity in this modern world!). As a result, we are thrilled to have them as our website hosts and DSL provider.

They continue to offer the significant advantages of a local, truly service-minded operation. Unlike many large companies, there seems to be very little staff turnover - which allows a real customer/company relationship to develop. The tech people know their business are available to answer questions (or, on the rare occasion it's needed, to come to our location for repairs or installations). Any issue on which we've needed advice has been addressed in a timely and non-patronizing manner. Their website services are also top-drawer. In conclusion, we have been extraordinarily pleased with GTI and would recommend them very highly to anyone considering them for either website or DSL services.

We have been with GTI for several years, first as our website host and
now with DSL service. We couldn't be happier with the service and the
tech support they provide. The prices are reasonable and, though we
rarely have to call for any service, if we do they are extremely
responsive and don't make us feel stupid because we are not tech people.
As connection to the internet becomes increasingly important in our
daily lives and in our business success, it is good to know that we are
working with a company that understands our needs and does everything in
their power to keep us humming along. Kudos to GTI- they are fantastic!
