isdn service, starting to not bond both lines, which means no connection. 2nd time in two weeks now. say they are working on it. right. have had isdn lines for 15 years, I know when someone is not really working on trying to get your connection fixed. looking right now for another isp. wish here in verizon hell area I could get dsl. will follow up if they fix, which I doubt.
this is a follow-up after his reply below. they took to long, over a month and a half, so I left and found another isp. I had talked to the people at pacwest myself, nobody is going to tell me that it was taking 1 1/2 months to get a couple of isdn lines to bond. enough said, I won't use them again, nor will I recommend them. they can come back and say what they want, I have all the emails and the ones not responded to until I sent another.
