Verizon "DSL so dark and rich, shouldn't you switch?" "Verizon made me quack like a duck" "Monadnet's DSL is the church for my digital choir"

I just got a 384 k pipe to Monadnet.. or whats left of Monadnet- its officially MCT telecomm. Anyways, I signed up a week before the Verizon strike. I had to wait about 4 weeks for the circuit to get installed. About 3 days after the circuit was installed by Verizon, a tech from monadnet came over. He tested the line, and it was syncing okay, but we weren't getting any data over it. Come to find out, the Verizon guy wired it wrong. Monadnet flipped a few wires, and they had it up and running about 2 hours after he first stopped by. I've had it about 3 weeks now, and only once has the connection acted up... and it might not have been them. A quick power cycle of the DSL bridge, and I was back up and running. Great performance out of the pipe. The people there were very friendly and helpful, even during the Verizon strike. I know how frustrating the Verizon strike was on ISPs- I work for a Monadnet competitor! But their DSL was priced at a price I'm willing to pay for. I asked for extra services- extra IPs and DNS, and they hooked me up for an extra 20 bucks a month. I'm a very happy customer!
