There we're some initial statup problems, but the technical staff worked to find the answers. We were experiencing VPN connection problems between our two offices. The symptoms were very strange, to the point that it was difficult to determine which ISP was having the problem.

AdTel's technical people stuck with us through some very frustrating times, and tried everything they could to resolve the problem which turned to be aggregation and routing problems with our other ISP.
