Our area cannot get DSL. Only 144K IDSL is available or T1 and fractional which is out of our budget. So we tried Rocket. Great speed when it works but their network is subject to interferance and poor network reliablity. There have been so many different problems that we realize now that this will never stop. We are looking for another solution. One cannot depend on them and they give no advance notice when taking the system down for maintenance. They do not return calls when the system is down. You've got to catch "him" on the cell phone. Bottom line is that the company seems to be too small, underfunded, not enough backup built into the network. This wirless technology is too fragile to depend on. Worst outage so far last several days. Rocket was waiting for a replacement part via messenger they said. They had misdiagnosed the original problem and replaced the wrong part.
