I'm using two 1.5Mb SDSL lines bonded into a single 3Mb channel. Uptime is critical to our operation and dsl.net has been quite reliable. We moved from a dual T1 setup when dsl.net bought or local ISP and the SDSL has been as reliable. Performance has been fast.
Support had problems last year (after the acquisition of our local ISP), but judging from my last two calls these problems have been ironed out. Both calls were handled with zero hold time. A recent problem (that woke me up when our site monitor went off) was handled very professionally by them at 2am, even though the tech had to wake up his boss to get our DSLAM rebooted.

christina heise, the account representative (from whom i received permission to use her name her) is a technical salesperson par excellence. any issues i have had with the service have been cleared up with a single phone call to her. i refer all our clients to her for connectivity, since the service is fantastic. one of my major clients just recently switched to DSL.net, and hasn't looked back since.
the install time was fantastic. originally quoted as 30 days (standard, really), the line was laid in within 2 weeks.
as the CTO of ATNET Solutions (www.atnetsolutions.com), i manage the publicly availble server farm here, including web, database, and email servers. the connectivity is excellent. the few times the line has gone down, a simple power cycle of the router corrected the problem. i wish all issues could be resolved that cleanly.

I was hired to take care of the DSL connection into the office and conference center where I've got a field office. If only everything I did was that easy! The installation (around a year ago) was on time and trouble-free. The support techs back a year ago were ok (and MUCH better than "ok" now!). I like the fact that I can always go to the sales guy, who initially set me up and he still answers my questions or points me in the direction to get the answer. ).
We have several people here using our 416k line, we've taught Internet classes in our training room, and done demos and presentations and I've never been able to detect a slowdown that was traceroute'd to DSL. The Internet may have an ocassional hiccup, but DSL makes those seem few and far between.

The order was a simple and fast process, they made most of everything we needed done simple. We had Verizon come out to check the lines faster than when we had them to do their own dsl install (we later cancelled the install with Verizon). Also, the account rep gave me very favorable rates for hosting email as well as ISP connectivity.
We got 27 static IPs without any problem, the equipment is nothing spectacular but it works better than promised, so I cannot complain. All in all, 5 stars for them

DSL.Net has been great in servicing our customers. We owe most of the
credit to our sales rep Jose Vasquez he went
far and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. One of our
customers was expeperincing problems with
having the circuit delivered and was upset but Jose was able to handle the
problem and have the circuit delivered promptly.
Our techs found DSL.Net very helpful emailing us the ip info for our
customers and providing us with all the information we
need to assist our customers. Tech support is a great help. Jose
periodically calls to make sure our customers are receiving excellent
service. The only complaint I have is that DSL.Net is not available in our
area. We are pleased with the service in which DSL.Net has provided for
our customers and we will keep recommending them in the future.
