Its only been 3 months but your service has been perfect. My old provider
was unable to install anything more then 700K at my apartment and service
dropped almost daily. My old provider came out multiple times and never was able
to fix the issue.

With Interlync I have 20Mb connection and its been rock solid. Your techs
were able to find the issue with the building wiring in a matter of minutes
during the installation process. I feel very secure in knowing that if I
ever do have a problem, you will be able to repair it. Now all my neighbors are signing up with Interlync.

BTW, thanks for taking the time with me on the phone the other day (over an
hour), my computer is also working perfectly now! You guys went beyond
just customer service.

My wife and I used to have Covad Internet service in our house and we were very happy with them. We also had satellite TV that we were also very happy with. The reason why we cancelled our service was because we took a triple-play from our local cable company, promising to save us money. What a mistake! Once the promo ended, we ended not saving anything. We ended up going back to DSL and satellite television.

InterLync resells MegaPath/Covad services. They provide the technical and customer support. Whatever questions or issues we had, they were answered or resolved quickly. The people at InterLync are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

The circuit works very well. Our loop is a little less than 13,000 feet. Our modem syncs up at 2016/768. Ping time, using SpeedTest.net measures between 19 - 30 ms. We have no problems with the service. Amazon Instant Video, YouTube and HBO Go play without a hitch. Skype and Google Talk all work well. We also play on-demand videos on our DirecTV Genie receiver without any problems. There are no caps with this service. I get a static IP address and can run servers, if I want.

Before you go for a triple-play, find out what the costs will be AFTER the promotional period ends.

12/15/2015 - The connection is still going strong. The speeds increased from 2/768 to 3/768. I still highly recommend them.

If reliability and customer service are your top priority, you can NOT beat Interlync

I've used Interlync on and off over the years, including ADSL and ADSL2+ home service. This time around, I've signed up for their new Asymmetric Ethernet service for a home office and it has been great so far. My loop length is about 8,900 ft. so unfortunately my options are limited. Right now I am synced at a very rock solid 10/1 (two bonded 5/0.5 ADSL2+ lines). I am working with Interlync to try and bump the service to 10/2, which should be possible on paper, but in the mean time am very happy with the service so far. While the latency is a little higher than I expected (about 27 ms to next hop) there is virtually no jitter. I can run ping for hours on end and roundtrip is always between 25 and 29 ms.

Since this is Asymmetric Ethernet with dedicated bandwidth, my speed tests always peg at between 9.15 and 9.25 mbps down and between .88 and .93 mbps up. There have been no outages in the 3 weeks I've had the service, except a wonky MegaPath DNS issue that I'm just bypassing using Open DNS (I've read about MegaPath DNS issues elsewhere on these boards.)

I could not possibly give a higher rating on Interlync's responsiveness and fairness when it comes to pricing and working through issues with AT&T and MegaPath. You know you are getting good customer service when you actually want to own and run a small business like they do because you admire them so much. They are THAT good.

All in all, my only wish is that there was a clear roadmap for Interlync. It is not at all clear that Interlync (and Megapath) are going to be able to transition to FTTH. Having done a lot of research on the latest with DSL and Ethernet over Copper (which still relies on DSL) I am definitely feeling that Interlync is going to be in a tough situation competing in all but the absolute nearest-to-the-CO markets. Reliability is one thing, but by the time Cable and Fiber offerings are 5-10x faster at half the price, reliability alone just becomes so hard to justify. I hope Interlync and Megapath have some tricks up their sleeves.

I've used their DSL services for 4 years and I'm very happy.

Rock solid 6Mbps speed.

I once had issues with speed after a big storm, they coordinated with AT&T to fix the interference on line quickly.

I wish their >6Mbps speeds were competitive with AT&T/Comcast.

I have been with Interlync since 54KBS Modems. Now I am a DSL client. Interlync is the very BEST. Anytime I have a problem which is rearely, I just give them an e-mail and I get a response within 1 hour. That's a response from a real person who understands and speaks english. Even a phone call on a SUNDAY (would you beleive it). A shout out GREAT JOB to Kevin K who is the best in the Chicago suburbs! Keep up the great work Interlync (you too Kevin!).

Really, should I have to pay $60/month for 1200/239?
After installation glitches, a pretty decent service and at least I don't have to deal with AT&T any more
Pre Sales information:

Value for money:

Having had AT&T DSL for about a decade, it was fairly reliable but when there was a problem I had to work thru a tedious gauntlet which insisted I use MS-Windows and pretend not to have a router. After two rate increases in a year, I decided to switch. Both Comcast and AT&T UVerse declined to provide clear pricing, and Clear users in my area are generally not happy, so Interlync was my only realistic option.

Installation requires two appointments. The first is an AT&T tech, who needs access only to the (outside) network interface. That was smooth. The second is a MegaPath tech, who brings a modem and, according to Interlync, would terminate the DSL in my house at whatever location I chose, without interrupting the existing AT&T DSL. But the tech, when he arrived after two cancellations due to lack of a modem, would do no inside work and could not preserve the AT&T DSL. Instead, he provided somewhat confusing information as to how I could rewire the network Interface to make the switch from AT&T to Interlync. Later that day, I tried and eventually succeeded in switching the wires but couldn't access DSL even tho the modem indicated I had a connection.

At this point I called Interlync and received really helpful tech support. Spending over 2 hours on the phone with me, they were able to verify that the DSL was working, and worked with me to discover that, due to an incompatibility between my router and the new modem, the router had changed its IP address. And they helped me make the necessary changes to get things working.

The install was about a month ago, and service since has been flawless. Compared to AT&T DSL, the measured speed is about the same, but videos are a lot smoother, and downloads seem to be slightly faster. Still, I am paying $60/month, compared to $36 that AT&T was charging. I will eventually move my voice phone service to another carrier, but still will end up paying more for the package (phone + internet) than I was with AT&T.

Thank you for the quick installation. We had so many problems with our old cable internet service, we have been pleasantly surprised with the speed and how reliable your service has been. I normally dont take the time to enter reviews, but you guys went the extra mile to install our service quickly knowing our business was suffering from being down. I feel if we didnt order from you, we would be still waiting for service.

Thank you again,

Our prior DSL company was not located in our area and operated largely via voice mail. Also, they could not seem to coordinate our connection with our local telco, which uses out-of-date equipment in our immediate area.

After I switched to Interlync, our service has dramatically improved. We are getting the highest speeds possible in our area and on those (rare!) occasions when we have a problem, all I need to do is call and a real person answers the phone, tests the line, and resolves the problem. I recommend them highly to anyone in the Chicago area.

You guys blew my mind on the holidays! My service was down the day before christmas, I called in and left a message. I didnt expect anyone to be around at 7pm to handle an outage, but to my surprise I received a call back within 10 minutes. You guys opened a trouble ticket, had the line tested, found the problem was my router/modem (Yep, didnt notice the lights were all out on the modem). Since it was the day before the holiday, I figured you would have to have a modem shipped later in the week? But after explaining how important it is for me to have a connection on the holidays (Skype to family overseas), David found a used modem and was kind enough to deliver it to my home when he left for the evening. Not only did he deliver it for free, but also configured it for me.

Thank you so much, my families christmas would not have been the same.

We also just had you redesign our website. After many years of having a website its amazing to finally see traffic and sales generated from our online store. You website design and hosting made all the difference.
