As a designer and application developer our upload speed is very important. You addressed this issue and provided us with the fastest upload speed we have ever received at our office. Im still not sure how you were able to pull it off, but without you guys, I would still be waiting as my projects upload to the server. Thanks for the continued support and years of fast service, we are customers for life.

The quality of service, speed and reliability of this connection is superior. Interlync Business Ethernet over Copper the highest bandwidth connection we have ever had, its more cost effective then any of our past services. Interlync provides top notch customer service provided by local network engineers. It's so nice speaking with someone that has real answers and solutions. Our old Comcast cable internet service would drop at least monthly. For over 2 years, 100% uptime, that has never been the case with any other provider. Thank you Interlync!

Im not the most computer savvy. That being said, I called
Interlync for some computer help the other day, help that
was only somewhat related to the
internet. Ok, totally unrelated to my DSL service. I just
purchased a new Tivo DVR box and was having trouble
connecting it to my wireless box so it could
update the software and do its job recording tv shows. Not
only did Interlync help me get my Tivo box connected, they
found me an amazing deal on a Tivo
wireless adapter ($9.00) which is what I was missing in the
first place.
Lets talk about how I got this Tivo adapter. I don't have an
eBay or Amazon account, Interlync not only found a great
deal, they purchased it for me and
shipped it to my home. After I received the adapter, I
called back and in less then 30 seconds my Tivo was
recording shows! I just did some shopping
around for this adapter and found it to normally cost $49 -
$60, WOW!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the great customer service and fast
Internet!

It's been my responsibility to choose my companies Internet Service Provider for many years now. My previous experience has not been pleasant with other providers in the past. We have used other "Business Class" services from the cable company, the phone company and other ISPs. Nothing has compared to the reliability, speed and customer service of Interlync. We have been an Interlync T1 and DSL customer for a few years now, and we just had Interlync Business Ethernet installed at a new location. The installation was a breeze and the service is exactly what we would expect from Interlync, AMAZING.

Thank you!

My company required a high-speed reliable DSL and T1 service. Reliability was the most important aspect of our decision. I understand most issues are out of the control of the Internet provider, but when those issues arise, its important how well your ISP addresses them. We purchased a T1 and a backup DSL line from Interlync. Happy to report your service has been rock solid for over 2 years, and our backup DSL line is now being used for an "open" wifi in our conference and lunch room. We did have one issue 3 weeks ago on our DSL line and your staff diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and a tech was onsite to repair our inside wiring within an hour! Our business is to monitor corporate network infrastructures, we will continue to recommend your services to all of our clients in need of a fast/reliable connectivity.

THANK YOU!

I am a web developer and system admin working from a home office, and I need a fast hassle-free connection. I could have gone cheaper -- Comcast, ATT, Earthlink, etc. -- but decided to give Interlync a try when they picked up the phone on my first call and explained everything to me.

I'm now over a year into my service. I felt I should write this review after they just finished completing a hassle-free change order for me.

Their customer service is tops. Installation was a breeze. I call my rep, dude knows everything about my account, my connection, can answer all my questions ... there is no script book. Emails are answered promptly.

I consistently get the full bandwidth promised. Let me tell you, a constant 6mb down is a lot better than a spotty 20mb down -- friends are getting less than 1mb down on what is suppose to be 20mb service in my area ... to heck with that. My household can be streaming an HD movie, YouTube, and Zune and I can still RDP into my data center and take a Skype video call w/o any lag -- there is no "I need you to stop doing x so I can take this call." My PC and 360 gaming is smooth and lag free ... sometimes my friends can't even stay on with their other providers.

Two thumbs up!

I had to take the time to post my feelings about Interlync.
I have been your customer for 3 years now, I am not very
computer literate but your company was so
helpful even to the point of calling me back to check how my
new setup was working and if I had any questions (I did).
You helped me configure a new wireless
router for my home and even helped me connect my daughters
christmas preset (Nintendo Wii) to our wireless on the day
after Christmas. I want to thank you for
the years of astounding service, you people are simply the
best!

I've been using Interlync at my Home Office for over 3 years now and they have been nothing but spectacular! Very little downtime which was always an issue when I had Comcast. Working from home was always a struggle with other providers, but Interlync has been so rock solid and there customer service is amazing.

I had a shared line DSL 1.5/384 with Speakeasy for 8+ years. For the last 9 months I would loose sync at least 2-3 times per day. Multiple trouble tickets and phone calls didn’t fix the problem so I switched.

Ordered 1.5/384 dry loop from Interlync for $60/month, I was paying the same for the crappy Speakeasy service. It was installed and working in 3 business days. Amazing for a dedicated loop. They included a Motorola 2247-62 modem.

Rock solid for over 1 week now.
