Their 24/7 Technical Support team is great. On the two times that I had to call, they resolved the manner in a day or less. They even left a voice messages indicating what the problem was and what i needed to do on my end (cold boot basically).
I have one of the orginial Paradyne modems with no speed caps, so when I start a download that drops below 200, I get frustrated.
I get a lower price due to my phone bundle package (tel, cell and DSL) You cannot beat the price for what we get.
We want real IP's!

I ordered this service for my iMac Rev.B last March. I went from order to live in about 10 days. It is a 3000/2000 line and is almost never down. The equipment provided was a Cisco 675 modem. The tech that came to install didn't know anything about Macs. He had to call tech support to install it. I wish I would have known how easy it was. Basically just plug and play. It connects through DHCP so it is a dynamic IP and no using software to connect. True always on connection.
The install was the only thing I could mark below 5 but everything else was great. I have never used tech support so I wouldn't be able to rate it. At $39.95 CDN this service is a steal.
I'll never go back to dial up.
