In 1999 I started a home business that was heavily dependent upon
Internet service in the building of an email database and bi-weekly
newsletters to 2500+ opt-in clients. I was initially with
mindspring.com, but after a year or two of constant phone calls for
technical support and all the wasted time waiting for technical support,
I researched and found net2atlanta.com, an ISP that is especially geared
for small - large business owners.

Yes, the cost was much more than mindspring, but the telephone support
and Internet service was exceptional. If I called, one of two people
answered the phone and resolved my issue very quickly. If I ever had to
leave a message, it was less than an hour, usually just minutes, before
Milt or David called me back. And, there was one time that I received a
call when their system was down and I was not even aware! I felt that I
had a wonderful alliance with net2atlanta and my need for technical
support dwindled down to less than once or possibly twice a year because
they were so on top of things.

One time, my router died (or is that a modem?) and I had a critical
newsletter announcement that needed to go out within the next few hours.
Milt drove to my home with a new router, swapped things out and within
5-minutes I was able to hit immediately. I don't think my
business would have survived, much less flourished, if I had not found
net2atlanta.

Although I have just recently sold my business and thus switched to a
non-business ISP, I can still sincerely highly recommend net2atlanta.com
to anyone who is starting a business or running a business. In today's
competitive market, it is critical to be able to depend upon your
Internet Service Provider.
