    Just a few words about a company that gives personal service.
    In three years we have only lost service a couple of times.
    It was nice to call, get someone on the phone that knew of the
    interruption,
    and let us know that they were working to get our service back online.
    Customer service is a phone call away.

    3 year Transedge 384k SDSL business customer. I had 2 connections with Transedge that were surprisingly reliable for the duration of my contract and the 2 years after. During the few down times their technical support was quick to answer the phone and repair times were minimal. Chose cable Internet service over DSL for higher speed options and cost. Keep up the good work Transedge!

    We've been very impressed with the service we've recieved from TransEdge
    here in Kokomo. Our business primarily uses the internet for
    information-gathering and research, and also for maintaining our website.
    Transedge is 99.44% uptime, only having trouble for brief periods every
    several months! Sometimes, by the time I'm aware of a problem, they're
    already fixing it! Web access times are great, and their customer support
    is above average. We are very pleased with TransEdge, and plan to keep our
    ISP through them for the forseeable future!

    We are a New Edge Networks T1 customer. Recently, our area experienced a
    winter storm that knocked out power and phone service. Our T1 line went
    down. New Edge responded quickly and professionally in dispatching their
    service provider (SBC) to locate, diagnose, and fix the problem. New Edge
    stayed with the problem until it was fixed through hourly calls to SBC.



    New Edge determined that the problem was chronic and reoccurring and could
    be fixed through the addition of new equipment on SBC's side. New Edge
    escalated the problem within SBC and was able to get SBC to upgrade their
    equipment in the field so that this problem would not happen again.



    Throughout the outage New Edge responded thoughtfully and quickly to our
    needs. The problem was eventually solved because of New Edge's perseverance
    and customer focus.

    I will never use New Edge / Transedge again, and I am encouraging my peers to do the same. I had them put SDSL in 6 offices and they completely fouled up and it cost my company alot of money.
    1. They did not communicate install dates as they agreed they would, installers just showed up without warning.
    2. 2 DSL Modem/Routers never arrived.
    3. Sent offices to billing before install was finished.
    4. Promised a 30 day turn around and 2 offices ended up taking near 60 days.
    5. I was supposed to have a dedicated project manager (which I paid for) but never had.
    6. Phone calls were almost NEVER answered or returned.
    7. Failed to keep promises made during our initial meetings, in regards to installation requirements. Told me after that they cannot do what they promised and I would just have to pay somebody else to do it.
    8. SDSL service was unreliable.
    9. Customer Service department was rude and unhelpful.
    The list can go on and on, I urge anybody who is looking for an ISP not to use New Edge/Transedge. I will be happy to reply to any questions posted regarding my horrorific experience with this company.
    I have been dealing with ISPs for years, and none have been perfect, but New Edge/Transedge took it to a whole other level and compounded there mistakes with terrible decision making and poor customer service. I will continue to inform people and make posts on as many bulletins boards as possible to encourage potential customers to stay away from them.

    New Edge is a very reliable company, we have deal with a couple of companies that can not match what they offer and down times are critical for our operations, with New Edge
