Simply put - just go with the basic DSL - nothing else. The features, understanding and coordination of the Email & Web hosting features were severley lacking.

When our business relocated in January 2004 we had worries about finding a reliable DSL/T1 provider in the area.
TransEdge has been wonderful. Installation and ongoing service has been excellent. We have yet to experience any issues with the TransEdge DSL service. The few questions that we have had (adding static ip's, etc.) have been answered promptly.
We would highly recommend TransEdge to any business looking for reliable Internet connectivity at an affordable price.

My small law office (2 attorneys / 4 staff) has been a Transedge customer
for approximately 2 years. We are very dependent on a broadband connection
for a number of things, including email and research. In our practice we
deal with clients much more through email and by telephone than in person.
While we have lost service on occasion, it has always been restored quickly.
More importantly, I have never had a problem getting through to tech
support. The support folk I have dealt with combined technical knowledge and
the more rare ability to communicate. I am very satisfied with the service
we receive and have recommended the company to others.

Hello there,
I wanted to submit a review for the service I have received from TransEdge.
TransEdge has been serving my location for about 6 months now. So far the
transition from my previous ISDN service has been wonderful. The process
took about 6 weeks from start to finish. It was a painless process from the
TransEdge side of things. The service came up as promised and we have had
connectivity since. We have had some minor concerns since in regards to
bandwidth but are receiving excellent service from Kathleen, our customer
relations specialist. Kathleen has checked in on us often to make sure we
are satisfied and helped us make sure the transition went smoothly. She was
instrumental in smoothing out any difficulties with getting started. Thanks
for listening, I would gladly recommend TransEdge to any of my friends and
coworkers.

I've been using TransEdge and NewEdge for over four years now and have been very happy with my service. The few network outages I have experienced were acknowleged and not covered up, and fixed very quickly. Every time I need to call someone, they're alwasy very helpful, friendly, down to earth, not reading from a script, and can get the problem solved. I'm a very heavy hitter on bandwidth and have never had a problem using 100% of my 1.1Mbps line when needed, both upload and download. The network is very fast, well connected and not over-sold. I've refered many of my friends to TransEdge/NetEdge and they're still friends, so that's gotta say something, doesn't it? 
Very highly recomended, all around.
