    My company has been using Transedge DSL service for several years now. I
    have been the Transedge contact for more than 1 year. In my time, I have
    had the following opinions regarding Transedge:

    1. The technical staff is always extremely helpful and efficient. Keep up
    the good work!
    2. We have been disappointed by many issues maintaining the higher bandwidths (we tried 1.5 and had to reduce to 1.1, then had to reduce to 768).
    3. The only area I would recommend improvement is the queue. A typical
    phone call to Transedge means many minutes sitting on hold before a tech is
    reached. (The new "Aware" system that tells us which areas are known to be
    down has been slightly helpful though).

    My company has approx. 30 DSL lines (of varying speeds and locations) with TransEdge and we are very pleased with the service that we have received. All of the staff (from sales, installation and tech support) have been very helpful whenever we have called upon them.

    Originally needed high speed service for a customer. (Last minute install!)

    We were refered to Transedge by our local telcom repair company.

    Presales was quick and painless, and the install was done quickly.

    The connection has been fast and stable, with no issues. I do not remember having any down-time of service.

    I have had a chance to work with their "Customer Relations Specialist" ( Kathaleen Crawford) a couple of times. (our problem, not theirs)

    She has been professional, and has a good sence of humor. She seems to care about her customers.

    Overall, I would recommend Transedge for D.S.L. service.

    We are a Telecom VAR and Consulting company for restaurant and retail
    organizations across the country. We have been recommending and
    implementing Transedge DSL services for over 2 years. During this time
    their service has been very reliable. The customer care team is always
    friendly and knowledgeable while handling our questions and problems in
    a timely manner. Most importantly they have lived up to their SLA's and
    back it up on the occasions that there was a minor problem. Our
    experience with Transedge has been great. Most recently one of our major
    clients asked for a special pricing request to extend the term of our
    contract out and increase bandwidth or lower pricing in the middle of
    the existing contract. Kathleen Crawford was exceptionally great at
    following up, getting things done. We feel that Transedge has really
    listened to their clients input, to help improve things on a continuous
    basis even after the sale.

    My company has been using Transedge DSL services for almost four years.
    During that time their service has been very reliable. I can only think of
    one time and that was during a major national interruption, that we lost the
    connection. And then the downtime was less than two hours. Several times
    we have added additional IP blocks. Our requests were always handled in a
    timely manner and there was no delays in getting the blocks assigned. When
    we installed a new firewall their tech support staff worked with us at
    length until the configuration was working and followed up the next day as
    they said they would. The customer care team is always friendly and
    knowledgeable and handle my questions and requests usually by the
    representative that answered the call. Our experience with Transedge has
    been very good. Especially, considering the fact that prior to Transedge we
    had changed providers twice within 3 years due to players that came into the
    market and either went bust or pulled out. When I talked with Transedge they
    assured they were here to stay and could meet our needs. I would have to say
    they have lived up to their promise.

    Moved to small city Bend from Southern California. Outside DSL range and Cable didn't allow inbound web traffic. TransEdge provided a high quality business solution for my small operation. Run several Vonage Voice-over-IP lines and quality is excellent.

    The best thing about TransEdge is that when ever we have had a problem w/their service (this has been very rare), tech support is very knowledgeable about how to fix the problem and service has been restored in a very timely manner.

    I've been with Transedge/NewEdge for 3 years and they have always provided excellent service. They are professional, informed and prompt. The online access has been reliable. When I've been down they have quickly found the problem and replaced equipment if necessary.

    Before switching my corporations service to Transedge, I seemed to always
    have trouble connecting to the internet. When I would get connected I
    would inevitably get "kicked off" within a few minutes. When I was at my
    height of frustration with the service I was getting with my internet
    company, I received a call from a representative at Transedge. I was
    extremely eager, yet apprehensive, to see what they had to offer. All
    sounded good, so I took the plunge. This was probably one of the best
    decisions I made at this company. The connection is great, I don't get
    "kicked off", and the customer service is outstanding. Although many
    opportunities have come along to change, I truly believe that Transedge
    provides the best quality connection with superior customer service. I
    find it hard to believe another company could beat that.
