We have been with TransEdge for a year now. Every employee I have spoken with at TransEdge has known what they are talking about. I can only remember one time of our service being down and it was only for a few minutes (which to us as a business heavily internet is extrememly important). I cannot think of anything bad to say about these guys. They have been behind us 100%. Great job!!!

I've had my transedge circuit since february 2001. I'm totally pleased with the service and reliability. Since then I've been abe to move all of my servers to the home network and now i have a one minute commute to work. There are other dumbed down dsl providers in the area but in all honesty they're just concerned about numbers and long term contracts to help lock out the competiton. Shame on you adams.net

To whom it may concern, I must say in the times today, perfectionism and good customer service skills seem to be to far and few between. Most businesses have associates that seem rushed overworked, and not truly passionate for the reasons of concern when customers are placing a call. We spend half are lives on hold not to mention the assumption, "of that little voice that comes on always thanking us for our patients" Today I must say I had a pleasant experience with Tracy Knouse from new edge networks. She was willing to listen calmly as I had concerns of a fax not received, and an old fax machine lacking the memory to back track a transmittal to prove to her it was indeed faxed. She was willing to go with the honest system, and meet me half way to solve this issue. I did not stay on hold time after time again, and she was very pleasant to talk to. I thank you for hiring people with true people skills "if you will". Although I do not have any control on the changes made in my place of business, I will always recommend this company because they are truly up on my pedestal. I am honored to do this review, and I firmly believe that happy associates are productive ones. I will also give credit to managment for training their employees to speak with smiles in their voices, to be able to anwser questions without transferring customers from one place to another. That's simply good managment! team work that's what it's called, it is appalling when someone say's that's not my area, or I don't know. Your customer service staff like Tracy, and her supervisors seem to have a good working relationship, I never once was told I don't know and sat on hold for 15 minutes. She had the anwers, in addition to plain old commen sense "something many companys lack today. Again thank you for the service we did receive, and my experiance the short time I was finnaly involved in customer service, and marketing areas at the Holiday Inn Express.

There are no words to describe my satisfaction with this ISP. Uptime is 99%+ and there tech support always knows what they are doing. They provide me with a true business class DSL line not a dumbed down DSL connection like PacBell offers. They have a new web mail feature that is also handy. I have been with them for approx. 2 years now and going strong. Thank you Transedge!

Transedge has been a great ISP! The service has been up 99.9% of the time and has always been at the rated speed. Their phone support has been great, but their e-mail support has been lacking in the past. They previously haven't replied to any of my support e-mails, not even to acknowledge that they've received them. I hope they've changed that policy as I now phone in all my support questions. The phone support has always provided me with the solution to my problem quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We went from a formal T-1 that was always slugish, and prone to link failure, to TransEdge SDSL 1.1Mb connectivity. It worked very well for our on-site Web and Mail hosting, as well as 250+ user connectivity. It even survived the "Peer-to-Peer" abuse delivered by today's file-sharing services. They where always there to assist. THERE WHERE NO UNRESOLVED ISSUES. I couldn't be happier.

My experience with New Edge Networks/Transedge has really been first class. While working for Tech 21 Computer Services, Inc. a reseller of Transedge DSL in Salinas, CA I was able to get several experiences procuring and setting up SDSL line for our customers. The level of professionalism with the people at Transedge is second to none. The technical support staff at the help desk and the network operations center have had a 100% problem resolution rate and most problems were solved with a 15 minute phone call. They were really the greatest retail/wholesale major ISP I have had the pleasure to deal with. Now, I work for Brent Redmond Transportation, Inc. a trucking company in Hollister, CA and the level of professionalism and support from New Edge/Transedge just never quits. We currently have three SDSL connections from them and only have had minor glitches that again a 15 minute phone call solved 100%.
While New Edge/Transedge SDSL solutions bare greater expense then the local telco ADSL solutions they are very much worth the added expense for the business. I am proud to say that during the packet storm of the Blaster worm SBC connections were dropping everywhere, our freshly connected in the nick of time SDSL from New Edge/Transedge never failed for a minute.
