768 SDSL. The sales rep Matt was great with explaining/getting answeres to technical questions. Support fixed a firmware problem with the router within minutes of asking. Install was quick and effortless on my part. The service is so good that I don't even think about it.

Overall I'm very pleased with Transedge. I'm on the edge of town &
although my account is somewhat expensive, it beats dial-up hands
down. Transedge customer service is knowledgeable & prompt, I've only had
one minor disruption in service in 3 months.... not bad.

    Satisfied in Corvallis

I work for a technology firm and have installed countless internet based business solutions. The very best I have ever worked with is a company called Transedge.

They are the best because they seem to cater directly to the business. Quite frankly, they think like I do. They document everything, which means no guess work. That alone is fantastic. They are proactive with their solutions and are in touch with me often.

I recall one incident when our internet was down. We host Citrix servers for remote clients, so up-time is important to us. Transedge support actually re-routed our internet traffic around the problem and had us up and going in ten minutes. I didn't even know a thing like that was possible.

    Simply fantastic.

I run a busy government law office. We spend a good deal of time
engaged in legal research, nearly all of which is online. We can't
afford down time. About two years ago we switched to TransEdge DSL
service. It turns out to be one of the best IT decisions we ever made.
Significant bandwidth at reasonable cost is reason enough to justify the
move, but the real story is the stability. Since turning to TransEdge,
we have not had one minute of down time. Not one. Where else will
anyone find that level of reliability?
