The most horrible experience I ever had w/ an ISP. These guys truly are clueless.My email has been down 5 times in the last two months. TWICE for more than THREE DAYS. This is a BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Their Technical Support is the worst. They never have a ETA when email or the internet fails. I'm dropping these turkeys like a bad habit. Strongly RECOMMEND staying away from these guys. They're not even cheap when it comes to their services.
