Seems that there is quite a bottle neck at the office providing well less than DSL speeds. Speeds from my site to the office are very good yet from the office to the internet is very poor. Drop outs every hour or so lasting from a 5 minutes to an hour. (longest was 12 hours due to a fiber line being cut)

 Verizon- "Incredible speeds up and down, Have not been out of service once in the 8 months I have had DSL through Heartland."
- "Customer service picks up on the first ring and Its a person, I no longer get to wait on hold and get my coffee ready.. :)"

I ordered Bronze Plus (768 down and 128 up). I consistently meet or break these expecially the upload. I found that the technician dealing with verizon in placing my order was very compitent and got the job done effeciently. We had to argue with the verizon sales people as to whether or not dsl could be provided in our area. Verizon didn't not have my city in its database for there people to be able to find us but the Heartland technician argued and explained Verizons System to the verizon techs.
