Overall this is a good company. Had dial-up with them before DSL. The service is new and is encountering a small amount of growing pains. My turn on date was 1 day late. Speeds have decreased a bit lately during prime time and tech support has said they are currently a bit oversold and will be adding additional capacity within the next 2 weeks. They were very upfront about this and did not make me jump through hoops on my end when I called about it. Saw similiar situation when they started dial-up in this area and they always followed through on system expansion to handle the load. The price of $47.50 is a bit high for 768/128 but believe that will come down as competition comes into the area. DSL has only been available here since December 2002. Price has come down to $40 for 768/128. Still a bit steep. They have done something recently with their IP addresses. It appears that they have put all subscribers behind some sort of NAT. Not sure how this is going to affect things like netmeeting yet. 11/12/04: Price now $35 total for 1.5/384. Service still rock solid. No major down time yet. Tech support been excellent. During business hours e-mails answered with 15 minutes via e-mail or phone. Would not even consider switching from these folks. 04/02/06: Still great. No down time. Great service.
