Value for money:

I went with BuffNet because they had very attractive pricing for ISDN (the same as dial-up) and they support both dov and normal data connects. The only reason I would change would be to go to broadband.

They are a typical dial-up ISP with residential and commercial offerings except that they provide ISDN exactly the same way they provide POTS (flat-rate unlimited).

Although they provide DSL I can't use it because their CLEC (Choice One) isn't at my CO.

In March-2004 I switched to DSL but Buffnet is still around unlike many other little ISPs.

Buffnet abruptly closed their doors in Jan-2009.
