BellSouth made promises about the service that they were going to provide. BellSouth said that they were going to fix the problems that I was having. But ... they did not do it timely nor satisfactorily. I spent more time trying to get good reliable service from BellSouth than the service was worth.
After looking at various alternatives to the Big Boy on the block, I found Internet Business Strategies (IBS). IBS takes care of my DSL needs so that I can take care of my business. With IBS, I do not have a concern about my DSL service. I have had significantly less problems with their service than the other guy's and when a problem arose, they took care of it on the first call and right away.

These Guys are GREAT! After a hassle with BellSouth (HellSouth) and
waiting over 4 weeks, I gave up and called IBS. The circuit was
installed in 7 business days, as they promised and the router arrived
the next day completely configured for 5 live IPs. I plugged it in and
everything worked. IBS maybe small but they know their stuff!
