    I have had this service for two months. It has been reliable and fast. They do not charge for a modem, they let you barrow it for free. There is no connection fee as long as you keep your service for one year. There is no self install option, but it didn't take them long to come out and install it. I get on average 3.5Mbit - 5Mbit download speeds.
