since signing up, i've had problems with these guys. don't let the money back guarantee fool you. if you do have problems, and you ask for your money back, you will not get a response! problems i've had:
they install shareware on their servers, causing messages to appear on YOUR sites!
each contact with customer service does not get a response.
help desk system goes down a lot.
mail services go down a lot. results in loss of email!
the good thing. it's dirt cheap as far as windows hosting goes. i have yet to find a cheaper price. they give you loads of disk space. if you decide to subscribe to their service, hope to god that nothing ever goes wrong. you will not be helped!
