Give me a break! No after hours support.My service drops on Saturday night at 7PM and I cant't get back online until Monday morning. They turn their phones off at 8PM during the week and leave you with a cheap phone mail message. They have 0 service during the peak residential hours. Sales records were messed up when they bought up Directlink and the sales people blammed it on Directlink. Sales told me 'The reason the other guys went out of business is that they offered good service at good price." Waymark doesnt give a rip about servicing their customers.
