Since selling off the consumer/home Velocitus business, IDACOMM has been trying to figure out what business they are in. They took a 'charge' to get out of the 'Broadband over Powerline' business (all they ever did was sell a few pieces of Telkonet (not that great and we can buy it out of distribution) that was MUCH GREATER than what they had ever spent on BPL (oh the games regulated utilities play!).
Now they rarely answer the phone, and actually told me it was my fault they didn't answer because I called the wrong number (I used the number on their web site).
My big concern? If they drop out of the ISP business we'll lose our public IPs - and they are known to sell of a business unit or close it and tell the staff, customers and public a day to a week later!
