    OPCenter.net (don't forget the .net) has a customer service department that other companies should take a lead from. They have all my records on hand so when I contact them they are not transferring me to other individuals. One tech solves all my problems, and the vastness of their expertise is overwhelming. They guide you in the right path and explain to you what you need to do and how to go about it. Try getting that service from anywhere else. You can't...believe me!!! I had two other ISP's that I chose because they were larger, well known companies. All I was to them was a number. With OPCenter.net they actually learned who I was and what my needs were. GREAT company. Check them out. You won't be disappointed

    Dealing with these people is a pleasure. When you call the phone is picked up immediately and answered by a human being!!! They know their stuff and they actually do what they say they're going to do. Install and set up went right on schedule and was smooth sailing. They're also smart enough not to give away their service at a loss so hopefully they'll be around for a while.

    This may have been one of the easiest installs I've had to go through. Cable Company (comcast) run around and no static IP. Directv DSL, well you know the story. Switched to Pilosoft but they never tell you what is going on and they appear not to have redundent systems in place. Lost service a few times because they had to swap out some bad memory in router.

    Ordered 768/128 - recieve 720/120 plus the staitc IP!!

    We were former DirecTV DSL customers. We switched to OpCenter.net DSL
    because they offered the coveted static IP here in New Jersey. The
    cut-over was seamless and completely painless. We entered our order
    with OpCenter and five business days later we were up and running with
    their DSL. The only downtime between our DirecTV DSL service and
    OpCenter DSL was the time it took to swap our routers and change the IP
    addresses. Now hopefully these guys last longer than Northpoint (former
    customer), Rythms (former customer), DirecTV (former customer). The
    guys at OpCenter.net seem like they've got it together. Even though
    we're paying a bit more for their service, they insist they are not
    loosing money on each new customer which may mean they'll be around for
    a while. Fingers crossed!!!!

    Oh yeah, we're getting great speeds.

    OpCenter.net is an oasis in a field of confusion. These guys cut to the chase and had me up and running in four days! I have 768/128 service is it is fantastic. Always on with no login required. How cool is that? I never get excited about things, but OpCenter said they would deploy in seven business day and I had service up and running in four. In two months now they've never been down once! the web mail interface is the best. I can access my mail from any computer any time. very nice stuff. am i gushing? i like it when i get a good value.

    Just got my DSL service from the Opcenter. I was connected in 5 days with
    no problems. Self hookup was exceptional. Speed is as they promised and
    there has been no slow downs. Recommend them highly.
