We've had AirLinkISP wireless at our office for over a year now (since March 2001) and I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

When we went shopping for high-speed internet connectivity, most options were priced out of any realistic range due to our location from the CO. We couldn't even get DSL if we wanted to; we'd have to pay to have a T1 dragged to our office park, which simply wasn't viable. AirLinkISP saved us from the pain of a 26k dialup! They surveyed the site on a Tuesday night around 6pm, and came back the very next day at around 9am to install the antenna on our roof!

Our connectivity has been nothing but fast, reliable and rock-solid since we signed up for the service. On the extremely rare occasion that there's a problem, their support team has always been highly available and lightning fast to respond.

I can't stress enough: If you rely on the internet for your business, you can rely on AirLinkISP to provide business-class service to the internet.

After 9/11 our former T-1 provider went offline. It appeared that it would
be a significant amount of time before they could have us operational again.
We needed to get back online quickly and permanently. Getting another T-1
would have taken at least 2 months. A cable modem or DSL would have used a
DYNAMIC ip address and taken a while to get hooked up. A friend recommended
talking to AirlinkISP. At 9:00 am the next morning I met with Jeff Nagel,
one of the owners of AirlinkISP. By 6:00 pm that same day, we were online
at 512k with a STATIC ip address. Jeff and his company had us up and
running within 1 day, much to my amazement! The price for this service was
also incredibly low relative to what we were paying previously, and there
was NO LOOP FEE!

On subsequent dealings with AirlinkISP, we were given quick call backs and
great customer service, both of which are extremely important in business.
I would recommend AirlinkISP to anyone in their service area. If you
already have another ISP, I recommend their base plan of $129/month to
maintain a 128k account just as a backup.
