I have been connected to Pentel Net, Peninsula Telephone, ADSL service for 4 months now and I have not had any problems other than with my own PC crashing (win2k). I currently am subscribing to 512kbs/256kbs service and i am getting 545kbs downloads and 264kbs uploads last time i checked. If i ever had any questions or problems the tech staff was alway available 9-5 monday-friday and satudays. NO RECORDINGS.
My experience has been great and I'm glad i went with DSL instead of Charter.I have only heard bad reviews of their performance and accually i have gotten to use them when i am in town (Traverse City, MI).
