The best choice in the area. Upload cap is ridiculous. Not a lot of downtime (2-3 times over that last 6 months).

It took almost two years for Insight to finally offer broadband in my area, but once they did, it was well worth the wait. No more dial-up. No more getting disconnected. No more tying up the phone!! I'm very pleased with my internet connection and have no complaints toward Insightbb.

The hardest part of getting InsightBB was trying to get a straight answer on availability.
Everytime I called I got a different answer on when they would be taking signups. At first I was tolerant because I started calling just as the whole @Home fiasco started. However, long after the transistion to InsightBB I was still getting the run-around from the Insight CSRs.
One day after talking with a CSR and getting the same old song and dance, I got p*ssed and wrote an email to a higher-up person in the company.
To Insight's credit, once the management learned of my situation and what was going on, they acted very quickly. I was surfing on InsightBB within 4 days.
Outside of the telephone CSRs everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The service has been very reliable and quite fast. Much better than the $49 I was paying Verizon for 768/128 DSL.

I was an @home customer for 2.5 years. I was satisfied with them until
about 6 weeks before the changeover when I started having a lot of
trouble ( no connection ). Since the transition to insightbb I have had
no problems whatsoever. Actually it has just gotten better and better as
far as I am concerned. I was getting download speeds around 1500 to 2
Mb. Now I am getting over 3 Mb. The upload speed is about 120 Kb. I
believe it is capped at 124 but that doesn't seem to be causing me any
problems. All in all I am very happy with Insightbb.com. I think they
rock
