I've been a customer for almost 3 years with Silver Service, static IP. It worked well until recently.
GTE/Verizon is off the hook. The line tests good. tracert and other tests show 9% packet loss at the ISP's router. Try it yourself! test through odin.pixi.com and see the latency and packet loss.
