I am updating my review completely as CW-Lab is essentially a different company now. CTI Connect runs the show now.
In the interest of fairness I can't keep the same review posted as it doesn't represent the same company.
To keep this short, the service is mostly reliable and I have yet to have any major problems since the merger of CW into CTI.

I would recommend this service to any user who has moderate or better PC/Mac knowledge. (Basic TCP/IP knowledge) If your just trying to play Quake faster then stick with your garden variety SBC Yahoo. This service is suited more to the serious end user.

After putting up with SBC/Yahoo for more than a year while I was living up North, CW Lab has been a blessing so far. I moved down here for Law School and have only had the service for about 1.5 months, but so far it's been reliable and very fast. Service is good and technical support is knowledgable. Up to this point, it's been significantly superior to SBC/yahoo in every way. Not even close.
