Stay away from this shoddy ISP, they don't know how to do anything right. Their employees are dumb as nails. One week, my internet was going extremely slow and going on and off, I had asked my friend if they experienced the same thing, and they did. I phone DCCnet and inform them about this, and they just say 'I'TS NOT OUR FAULT, IT'S YOUR COMPUTER'.
10 gb download/3 gig upload a month is just plain idiotic. The only reason they still have customers is because there are no other ISPs in this area. Never,ever,ever,ever,ever consider using this stupid ISP.
