It was very good until about a month ago when i went from downloading files at 512 kbps to downloading them at 60 kbps but when you do a speedtest your results come out normal. I have 512 kbps down and 256 kbps up. Usualy get around 150 kbps for upload I really have to say they suck. But they are the only thing that I can get since I live in rural Southwest Minnesota which really sucks cause there is nothing here.

Just moved to Kildeer, IL. No cable modem, too far for DSL, and Sprint Broadband wanted to put a 20' pole on my roof for the antenna so I needed another solution. I had seen the billboards for Starnet wireless (starnetwx.com) and also talked with a friend that uses starnet wireless for his business. I used the online ordering but didn't get a response after a few days so I called them directly. Got through right away, had a site survery within a week and the install scheduled for a few days later. Install tech showed up on time, got it installed within 2 hours and I was on my way (very friendly and knew what he was doing). The antenna is mounted to my chimney and is unobtrusive (as opposed to the 20' tower that Sprint wanted to put on my roof). A coax cable runs from the antenna down the side of my house and into my basement where my network router is located.
I'm running a home network with 3 computers through a linksys router, performance has been great with downloads of 400-600kbps/upload about 100-150kbps. I had 1 question for tech support. Called them up on a Friday night at 8PM, got someone live right away and fixed my problem (my error) within minutes. I've been running this setup for 3 weeks with no outages and no performance degredation even during a downpour..
It was nice to finally get a broadband company that was responsive, delivered their commitments on-time and is providing me trouble free service. Given the fate of other ISPs and Broadband providers, I hope these guys are sucessful and stay in business.

This has to be the worst ISP ever, and I have had a lot! Instead of
telling you how stupid they are, I would like you to see for yourself.
