I've had the service about one month, and feel at this point that I can recommend it without reservation. Have never had a problem with availability. Downloads are as fast as cable, and several times the speed of DSL.
I'm not a gamer, but other household members are satisfied with online gaming speed.
Don't be held back by the startup fee. The benefits of broadband over dialup are worth it.

I have been using this service for nearly three weeks now and have been nothing but satisfied. The installation was very quick and professionally done. Everything worked correctly right out of the gate. The connection has been flawless and fast, even through the blizzard of 2003.
Customer service has been excellent. Any time I send an e-mail, they respond within 24 hours. They are currently working with me on making my home network more secure. Great service, recommend highly.
