I just signed up for 6mb/768 service with them. So far the speed is supper fact and the connection has been very reliable as well. Since I telecommute atleast 3 - 4 time a week for the Fed. I was looking for a speedy fast connection at a reasonable price that my employer wont have a heart attack paying for. Earthwave customer support has been great so far. I placed the new order with them at 10am and 10.15 am they had order # ready for me. Then at 11am I got another email with the ability to tack my order from start to finish.Within 3 days I got the equipment. On the 7 day I was on the web. What can I say so far it has been great.

I am the IT director at a small law firm downtown. We don't run many major application servers so I was looking for a decent ADSL provider. Earthwave was listed on this site and we gave them a shot. The sales guy mentioned they have the new Covad 6MB/768Kb and we had it installed.
I just want to keep this short and sweet. The service has been fantastic. The line synced at the full speed and I've been close to 5Mb when I was streaming data from multiple sources. I still need to run a test to really geek out. So, I recommend Earthwave. Until I post some horror story later on...A+

We have an older, but upscale, high-rise condominium building in Arlington, Virginia. A few years ago we installed high-speed data wiring to all of our units and started a search for a service provider. We obtained proposals from many prospective providers over a period of almost a year. They were mostly either too expensive or too onerous or inadequate or required too much participation by our management. EARTHAVE approached us on the afternoon of the very night that our Board of Directors voted to abandon the remainder of the project.
Within about a week we reached agreement for EARTHWAVE to service our building.
Earthwave’s representatives (Adnan Ashraf and Dylan Tullberg) have been a delight to work with. They promptly determined our needs and met them at a reasonable price. Their on-line speed is faster than any of the providers with whom we had previously negotiated and, aside from agreeing to give EARTHWAVE access to our building’s facilities and residents, our management has not been required to participate.
EARTHWAVE has now been in our building for almost nine months. Both the service and the servicing have been superb. Adnan Ashraf visits us regularly. He is most capable, always smiling, and always eager to be of whatever assistance he can. Earthwave has about 65 accounts in our building and Adnan has 65 thoroughly satisfied friends.

Earthwave for the generally prompt and efficient service you have provided
to me over the past year since I opted for Earthwave DSL.
First, I have found to my great satisfaction that there is less SPAM mail
among my daily inbox items. This contrasts greatly with my previous
experience with AOL.
Second, you personally have been readily available and have promptly
responded to my occasional calls on your cell phone. Last month, while I
was in Mexico, I could not remember my password and you resolved the problem
by changing the password promptly at my request. I was thereby able to
access my mail from Mexico.
Since my return, I experienced a glitch with my computer and could not open
my Internet Explorer or send and receive new mail on Outlook Express. I
thought I would need outside professional help, but decided to call you and
you quickly and kindly identified the problem with my TCP/IP. Thank you
once again for your knowledgeable and prompt assistance.

I want to say 'Thank you Earthwave.net' for the unbelievable improvement in my internet service performance. The difference between the dial-up ~50K and your DSL 1200K is staggering (up to 24 times faster.) I used to watch my life pass by, wondering how much better it would be with DSL. There is no question now. The professionalism and competency displayed by your service technicians is without comparison. I highly recommend your service to everyone who gets on the web.

The technicians and managers of Earthwave went far beyond the call of duty to install a really terrific system in my building, Watergate South. As head of Technology for the Watergate South Board of Directors, it was my job to find a system and company that could work with the unusual needs of our building. They were referred to us by another building. We could not be happier with the service. It's fast and has never had an interruption since they installed in the fall of 2003. They are incredibly reponsive to all our questions and needs and work really long hours to make it all happen. We run a sizable foundation and have service through Earthwave. There has been almost zero downtime in the two years we have had service (I had to reboot the router one time). We have around 4Mb download and 768Kb upload. There is also a VPN that connects a couple remote users and an office that they setup and has been extremely helpful and easy to use. Thanks guys.

This stuff really works! I'm on and off the web in less than one-third the time spent with dail-up..time is money, etc... Earthwave has been extremely helpful in resolving tricky issues encountered during the upgrade. And the price is right! I sure am a fan!

I've recently moved apartments but my previous experience with
Earth Wave had been very good. The customer service was
quick and helpful and personal. I would recommend them for
the rates alone which are very low compared to most other
ISP's. Thumbs up !

I recently signed up for Earthwave's DSL line (as did many others in my
apartment building) and couldn't be happier. It takes only a few seconds to
get on-line. I swear, I'm not exaggerating. I've never had a problem, and
the guys who installed it couldn't have been more professional and helpful.
Now - instead of paying $20 a month for AOL and $20 a month for an extra
phone line, I pay $19.99 a month for immediate, 24-hour access. It's really
made getting on-line a breeze!
