Update: Prequal testing showed I was limited to 384/256 but after the install was done, tech did a speed test and I could get 1.2/512 instead
Ordered DSL through Quad Cities Online. Line testing was done same day as line application was filled out. Installation time scheduled 7 business days from date of contract. Prices are good for speeds available. Getting less than 100ms ping times throughout the USA. Averaging 950 down and 400-450 up. Definitely recommend to anyone that it is available for.
Pre Sales Information: 4 stars - Wasn't told why I only qualified for 384/256k even though I'm under 2 miles from a CO. See Update. Install Co-ordination - 5 stars - Scheduled around my availabilities. Fast response time. Connection reliability - 5 stars - Have had no downtime yet. Tech Support - 5 stars - could be a bit easier on less tech savvy callers but answers every call within 5 minutes, usually no wait time. Services - 4 stars- Offers a wide variety of speeds from average to very high, would like to have the higher speeds more wide available. Value for money - 5 stars - Lots of speed at cable price. Nice to have a real upload compared to other ISPs in town.
