I signed up with Tracy Internet back in April of 2002. At that time I had been looking for an internet service provider that would provide me with good, reliable connections, a good price, and non of those annoying pop-up adds. I believe I have found that with Tracy Internet. In the months I have used Tracy Internet, I have experienced better than average connection speeds which is a plus for me. I use to be with Nevada Bell, now called SBC, service before Tracy Internet . I had a good price, but their service could use a lot of work (and the tech support could use much work as well), but something about Tracy Internet kept me coming back to the www.tracyinternet.net site. I decided to give Tracy Internet a try. Hey, you can't beat a 30 day money back guarantee and three months free if you paid for the first three months up front! I'm glad I signed up with you service. I made suggestions pertaining to how Tracy Internet could be improved, and you listened. I have had at least 3 to 7 ISP's in the past and none of them ever worked so hard to keep up with the customers request's. Yes, there had been a problem a while back for a short time but your people kept everyone informed as to the status of the repairs. That to me is well above average service. I feel when someone goes out of their way to provide good service they should be praised for their hard work and dedication. I feel more like a member of a family than a user of your service! Keep up the great work! I am looking forward to being with your service for many years to come!

We are provided frame relay service with a block of static ip addresses. Our equipment included a configured Cisco router. Support turnaround time is unparalleled. Maybe not the cheapest, but the value can't be beat.
Tracy Internet will keep our business - no problem.

PacBell told me they could get me DSL. They were even working on my street for weeks specifically for broadband. After all the work was done they still could not get DSL to my area. I called Tracy Internet. They ran my address and phone number and told me they could get me IDSL. I was hesitant but signed up anyway because I was told I would not pay anything until it was installed. 22 days later the installer was there. Within an hour it was all hooked up and working. I'm very happy now that I can work from home and VPN into my company.
